Alon Bar-Lev 0fb32f5283 websocket: restore signals after processing 
WebSocketServer is a library module, as such it should try to restore state
after processing, to allow caller to resume normal operation.

The other versions of websockify (C, Node.js) and the associated test programs have been moved to websockify. Websockify was formerly named wsproxy.
