Alon Bar-Lev a70be8d636 websocket: support SIGTERM as exit signal 
Similar to SIGINT that is already supported, support SIGTERM in daemon
and non daemon modes.

The other versions of websockify (C, Node.js) and the associated test programs have been moved to websockify. Websockify was formerly named wsproxy.
